PRESERVED TREESCAPES INTERNATIONAL WINS DESIGN JOURNAL’S
PRESTIGIOUS ADEX PLATINUM PRODUCT AWARD FOR 2002

OCEANSIDE, Calif. – Preserved TreeScapes International (PTI) received the prestigious 2002 Platinum Award for Design Excellence (ADEX) for having the most superior product marketed to the design industry.

PTI’s award spotlights a replica Washingtonia Robusta palm tree with a trimmed trunk. Standing an average of 35 feet tall, 42 of these stately preserved palm trees grace the atrium of the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Fla.

The annual ADEX award for design excellence is the largest and most prestigious awards program in the design industry and is sponsored by the Design Journal. Awards are determined by a panel of anonymous judges from a cross-section of the design industry, including interiors, architecture, graphics, product and industrial design.

A photo of Preserved TreeScapes’ majestic preserved and replica trees and plants graces the cover of the January/ February/March issue of Design Journal magazine, and ADEX award winners will be featured in the April/May issue.
