The definition of a specimen tree is defined as one that has been individually recognized by the local governing body for its special status, because of its shape or species it is placed in a position of prominence. Some consider especially old trees as specimen trees. Others believe that trees with exceptional beauty are the ones that stand out as specimen trees. Still others will only consider trees that have reached a certain height. With Preserved TreeScapes you don’t need to compromise, you can have a tree with height, beauty and one that looks as old as time itself.  Each tree is a true work of art.

We typically create this type of tree from Fabricated materials. These are steel core trees with a bark covering and Fabric leaves that have no limitation on height, our tallest fabricated tree to date is 192’.

They can look as aged, blemished and scared as you desire. We can create any species, with botanically correct foliage or by your design.

This Cherry Blossom tree can truly be considered a specimen with beauty.

At Preserved TreeScapes, we have created many Specimen trees for very prominent locations.
